Stormy Seas and Naknek Point
On Monday, October 17th, an unusually high tide, coupled with onshore winds caused the waves to come crashing in. This photo was taken from the south side of the river, nearly a mile away, with a telephoto lens. Notice the spray from the waves, breaking up against the bank. The top of the bank is in excess of 80 feet high.
