"Phlegmatic Dog"

Phlegmatic means "showing little emotion" for those of you who didn't know. The Phelgmatic Dog, in Moscow, is known as the world's first Internet pub. It is an Internet cafe by day and transforms into a nightclub and sports bar in the evenings. Cutting-edge DJs and music, from many countries, are featured.

The stylish Dog is located in the Manezh Mall, just across from the Kremlin wall. Internet is free ... and fast, as long as you order food and/or drinks with it. The Phlegmatic Dog is very futuristic, with over 30 computers built into the walls and counters or hanging from the ceiling.
