MEMORIAL DAY

The Three Soldiers by Frederick E. Hart. This statue, unveiled in 1984, is part of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. The memorial consists of three separate parts — the statue pictured above, the Vietnam Women's Memorial, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall, which is the most recognized part of the memorial.

Memorial Day is a time to honor and reflect on the sacrifices made by Americans in combat. Take some time today to remember those who paid the ultimate price for our freedoms.
