The Tundra Flying Club
This Cub was purchased by nine local Naknekers (Tundra Flying Club) in 1949, with a loan from another local. It provided a way to build up flying time to get private licenses. Some of them soloed in the Cub, and others had already soloed, so they just built up hours with the plane. The plane was destroyed at the field by a gust of wind in about 1952.
