First School Teacher in Naknek

This (on the right) is Alyce Anderson. She came to teach in 1915, at the first school in Naknek. The school was in front of where the Dan O'Hara house now is. She was in Naknek, at the original school, from 1915 to when the new school was built in the 1920's. This photo is taken in Seldovia (w/her daughter) where she lived after leaving Naknek.
