Nakeen Tugs

Three tugs are dredging mud away from the Nakeen dock with their propellers. The tugs are (left to right) the Sultana, the Nakeen, and the outside one is unknown. It is registered in Ketchikan. The name starts with an R and appears to be hyphenated.

The location is not a positive. If anyone has any thoughts on it, please let us know.
