Crossing Hungry's

This photo shows, through a truck window, how it looks to cross the ice on Hungry's Lake, behind Pederson Point. There are no roads to Pederson Point, other than the beach, which is impassible this time of year, due to shelf ice. The wind has pushed all the water that was on top of the ice to one side of the lake. It looks a lot worse than it really is.
