| Bristol Bay Snow |
| In contrast to the deep, unblown snow of Anchorage, Bristol Bay snow often looks like that shown in this photo. Wind takes much of it and spreads it quite thoroughly. While Anchorage's weather rarely follows a heavy snow with cold wind, Bristol Bay's often does, making for very impressive drifting. |
