All Around, It's A Good Solution

When people arrive in Bristol Bay for the commercial fishing season, they often bring a season's worth of food for themselves and their crew. At the end of the season, most of them have food left over. This give them an option to storing it somewhere over the winter. They can donate it to the elderly and needy of the communities, who benefit greatly from this. Most fish processors have a tote, such as the one in this photo, available so that they may donate these items.
