Full Moon over Mt. Discovery
This is a long way away from Bristol Bay ... the other side of the planet. Mt. Discovery (elevation 8796 feet) is an isolated volcanic cone in Antarctica. The above photo was taken during the last full moon, from McMurdo, Ross Island, Antarctica.
However, it was taken by a Bristol Bay High School alumnus! They do get around the globe!
