PenAir, Anchorage, AK - "Serving Alaska Since 1955"

Peninsula Airways was founded by Orin Seybert, a 19-year old man from Pilot Point, AK.

In the early 1990s, Peninsula Airways began doing business as PenAir. In 2005, fifty years since it was founded, PenAir is the largest commuter airline in Alaska, with a 40 aircraft fleet and scheduled service to 36 communities in Southwest Alaska.
