Repairing the Sea Wall, May, 2005

Pederson Point's sea wall is being repaired. Last fall's storms caused extensive damage. The truck on the beach hauled in the sheet piling, the crane lowers the pieces of piling into place. The red apparatus is a machine that drives (by vibration) the sheet piling into place.
