It's All Relative

There are three dandelions in our lawn this year. We have a memory of the 1970s, a much colder decade. We had just moved here. There were no dandelions to be seen in Naknek. Our neighbor even tried to transplant dandelions from Anchorage. She could not get them to grow in her lawn - and she had a very green thumb! We still have more respect for dandelions than many people would.
