Drift Fishing on the Naknek River Line

Notice the setnet skiff drifting close to the beach among the larger drift boats. Setnet skiffs are becoming a more common sight drift fishing in the Naknek River Special Harvest Area (NRSHA), as they can fish in very close to the beach and negotiate tight spots.
