Tendering Fish
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has often moved fishing into the Naknek River to help reduce interception of the Kvichak-bound fish until they are assured the number of fish going up the Kvichak meets their projected requirements. The job of offloading fish is much easier a few miles up the Naknek River, especially on such a nice day. Note the second drift boat waiting their turn.
