From the Dusty Archives, A Summer Picture

This was taken in July, 1999. It shows the viewing stand at Brooks Camp, Katmai. These tourists are enjoying the parade of bears walking past on their way to the falls, to catch salmon. There is another picture, which we featured on May 1 of last year, taken during that same visit that is fairly similar. It is fun to compare.
