Colder than 30 (F) Below and Stuck!

Getting out is only half the battle in a situation like this. The driver must keep the vehicle moving, with his foot on the brakes at the same time, to prevent the wheels from freezing solid, so that they can no longer turn.

This was taken in the late afternoon, Sunday, January 31st, like yesterday's photo. It is a different vehicle, however.
