Black-Capped Chickadee (Poecile atricapilla)

What acrobats these little birds are! It's very difficult to get a picture of them because they're always on the move. The males, females and juveniles are all similar in appearance. They have the black caps, black throats and white cheeks, with buff-colored bodies. They love sunflower seeds.
