Starliner Naknek

This was taken in King Salmon, in about 1948. This was a surplus C-47 (one of three) that Alaska got after WWII. It is believed that this is the plane which crashed on January 20, 1949 near Homer. Five were killed. Only the pilot survived. One of the passengers was from Dillingham.
