| Libbyville Dock, Marmot, Early 1950s |
| How soon "today" disappears into history! That's why photos are important to those of us who enjoy looking back. This photo shows a cannery tender, the Marmot, sitting at the Libbyville Dock, in the early 1950s. Refer back to the photo on November 21, 2004 to see Libbyville as it is today, in 2004. All that is left of this dock are a few pilings, sticking out of the water. Libbyville has almost disappeared. |
