Korean War Era Ambulance

This was taken in King Salmon a few weeks ago. In the late 1970s or early 1980s, the Bristol Bay Borough acquired several of these vehicles as part of a Civil Defense program. This one is now in the hands of a private owner.

As the vanity license plate shows, the Jeep model is the M725. Compare this with our (Littau's) model M715, shown on July 3, 2003.
