Quiet Zone

"Quiet Zone" is what the sign on the door says. This is the walkway to Brooks Falls. The walkway parallels the Brooks River. In the summertime there are usually several bears fishing the river, which is close by. The walkway/trail ends at the viewing stand at the base of Brooks Falls. This was taken in February, 2008, Brooks Camp area, Katmai National Park and Preserve.
