The First Barge of the Season, April 16, 2005

To the right is a Northland barge, coming into the Naknek River. This is a welcome sight. Both residents and summer visitors have an interest in the arrival of this boat. Items on the barge will vary from groceries to building supplies, commercial fishing equipment to automobiles.
