Mount Martin, Puffing Steam

Mount Martin (6,102 feet) is one of the volcanoes in the Aleutian Range, in Katmai National Park. It often sends up large plumes of steam from its summit crater. We have featured it in our photos several times, March 9, 2004, being the most recent. It is very visible from our window in the mornings, against the sunrise.
